  • We currently only deliver within India.
  • Orders placed from outside India will not be processed or shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 10,000.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below Rs. 10,000, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be applied during checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Custom and personalized orders may take longer to process based on the complexity of the design. Estimated delivery timelines for such orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary for remote or non-metro areas.
  • Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or logistics delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using this tracking number on our courier partner’s website or through our website’s tracking portal.

6. Packaging

  • All jewelry is securely packaged in tamper-proof, elegant boxes to ensure the safety of your items during transit.
  • Each package is also insured for the value of the product during transit to safeguard against loss or damage.

7. Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other reliable partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

8. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is not successful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

10. Delivery Confirmation

  • We require a signature upon delivery of the package to ensure the product is received safely. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to sign for the package.

11. Undelivered Orders
